PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE HELPS ELIGIBLE VERMONTERS PAY FOR PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES.
What help is available?
There are currently two programs:
- Healthy Vermonters: provides a discount on prescription medicines with no monthly premiums.
- VPharm: helps pay for prescription medicines with affordable monthly premiums.
- For more information on what VPharm covers, please refer to the Pharmacy Member Handbook.
Who is eligible?
- Healthy Vermonters: individuals who meet the income guidelines AND have no prescription coverage or have reached their maximum benefit amount on their current prescription coverage.
- VPharm: Individuals who meet the income guidelines AND are enrolled in Medicare Part D coverage.
How do I apply?
