Extensive communication has been conducted alerting service providers, employers, and participants of the EVV requirement.
A Public Notice about the EVV requirement was sent in August 2018 via GCR 18-007, and in November 2019 via GCR 19-083.
Outreach and training to participants, employers, stakeholders, and partners were conducted throughout 2020.
Monthly flyers to program participants and employers began in Sept of 2019 (placed on hold March-May of 2020 due to the PHE) and have been sent monthly since.
Direct mailings informing that consumer-direct timesheets will not be processed for payment effective July 1 have been sent monthly starting in March of 2022.
