If you disagree with a decision, then you can file an internal Appeal:
- You may ask the Department who made the decision to review that decision.
- It must be within 60 calendars days from the decision.
- If you have been told your benefits or services are going to end or be reduced, you must ask that they continue during your appeal.
- If you get benefits or services during your appeal and the appeal is not decided in your favor, you may have to pay for them.

- You may file a grievance if you have a complaint about something other than an action.
- If you can't work out your differences with a provider, you may file a grievance.
