DURB Process for Making Public Comment

1. To request public comment, please fill out the form below.
2. Completed forms should be submitted to ahs.dvhaph@vermont.gov.
3. Forms must be received 48 hours prior to the DUR Board meeting. 
4. Once the form has been received and processed you will be contacted via email confirming your place on the agenda, each speaker will be allotted 3 minutes to present.
