The Agency of Human Services (AHS) is currently revising the Medicaid Supervised Billing Rule (HCAR 9.103). In addition to the comment period and public hearing required for the HCAR process, AHS will be hosting three virtual provider engagement sessions. The purpose of these sessions is to get feedback on the proposed changes from providers prior to the initiation of rulemaking. During these sessions, providers will have an opportunity to review the draft of the proposed rule, ask questions related to the changes, and offer suggestions. The content will be the same in all three meetings. The focus of these meetings will be the path forward and not the effects of the rule in the past.
The public engagement sessions will be held at the following times:
- December 6, 2024 from 9:00 am – 10:30 am
- December 10, 2024 from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
- December 19, 2024 from 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
You may access these sessions using the below information. These sessions will not be recorded. If you are unable to attend one of these sessions, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback verbally or in writing during the Healthcare Administrative Rulemaking process. If you require accommodations to participate, please contact Grace.E.Johnson@vermont.gov.
