Project Overview
The business needs to eliminate LTC workers maintaining client data in multiple Excel tracking spreadsheets. The intent is to extract some data from ACCESS to auto-populate Salesforce client case records. LTC workers will also input additional data into the Salesforce client case record (e.g., resources, name of LTC Clinical Coordinator, etc.). The business intends to utilize Salesforce functionality to pre-populate and auto generate many LTC Medicaid forms by using data stored in the client case record.
