The Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) has issued updated guidance for the extension for Non-Licensed and Non-Credentialed providers who have hit their five-year Medicaid billing limit, making the extension retroactive to 7/1/22. Please see the Supervised Billing fact sheet and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for additional information about this update to the extension and answers to questions from the Provider Open Forum held on 11/17/23. DVHA will also be holding another Open Forum in January 2024 to answer any remaining questions related to retroactivity. Additional information about this forum will be available in the New Year.
