*Act 191 of the 2005 Legislative Session established reporting requirements for the Catamount Health and Employer-Sponsored Insurance (ESI) Premium Assistance programs. Title 33 VSA §1974(h) requires the Agency of Human Services to report monthly regarding ESI premium assistance to the Joint Fiscal Committee, the Health Access Oversight Committee and the Health Care Reform Commission. Title 2 VSA §902(c)(2) requires the Agency of Administration, the Agency of Human Services and the Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration to report monthly to the Health Care Reform Commission on Catamount Health and the Catamount Health premium assistance programs.
