  • A Public Hearing was held Friday, March 2, 2012, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the large conference room at DVHA, 312 Hurricane Lane, Williston. 
  • Written comments were accepted by the DVHA through 4:30 PM on March 9, 2012.
  • Final Proposed Rule filed with LCAR and the Secretary of State's office on March 19, 2012.
  • Final Proposed Rule approved by LCAR on March 29, 2012.
  • Adopted Rule filed with Secretary of State's office and LCAR on April 12, 2012.
  • Effective date of rule: 05/01/12.
