  • Proposed rule filed with ICAR on March 22, 2010.  ICAR meeting and approval: April 12, 2010.
  • Filed Proposed Rule Change with Secretary of State's office and copy to House Committee on Human Services and the Senate Committee on Health and Welfare on April 14, 2010.
  • A Public Hearing was held on Monday, May 17, 2010, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the large conference room at OVHA, 312 Hurricane Lane, Williston.  Written comments were accepted through close of business on May 24, 2010.
  • Final Proposed Rule was filed with the Secretary of State's office on June 15, 2010 and with LCAR on June 16, 2010.
  • Approved by LCAR on July 1, 2010.
  • Effective Date: 08/01/10.
